cant enter lower level dungeons??

What happened?
im L80, im trying to get into BRD for repair bot schem, it says map can not be entered at this time....
Steps to reproduce
be high level and try to go into a lower level dungeon
Expected result
go in get my schem and leave?

i just tried BRS, same issue. how am i spose to get items i need for upper level crafting skills and such, they BoP items from dungeons
can someone be modified so people can goto lower dungeons if they want to. also add to LFG interface, add lower dungeon to show up on the "manual" dungeon list (make it so Random dungeon thing dont go to them) if that idea dont work? 'Dungeon Master' at GM Island that will teleport people to dungeons (if they got them unlocked)?, to save menu space, dungeon master for each expansion 'Old World Dungeon Master' 'Burning Dungeon Master' for TBC (use a demon npc or one of those crystal guys:D), and 'Northrend Dungeon Master' use one of those frozen viking chick :D
Update, seams it a playerbot issue, if im in a group with bots i get error, if i have them offline, i can go in, then call them online and summon. we fine, its some kind of flag with playerbots causing it

Weird issue with playerbots. Still trying to track down where this becomes an issue.
ya for now you can add something so addon, server detects that "map not loaded" what ever it, just pop a message in chat "if your using rndbts, please offline then, then enter dungeon and log them back" temp instructions until its fixed
