Resolve needs permission to create ticket channels, manage channel access, post embeds, read ticket history for transcripts, register slash commands, and confirm who added the bot for dashboard setup access.
If your server uses strict role hierarchy, place the Resolve bot role above staff roles it needs to manage in ticket channels. It cannot grant access to roles above itself. For older installs that did not include audit-log access, run /resolve_setup inside the Discord server as someone with Manage Server or Administrator.
