Privacy and Data Use
What Aethro may collect, why it is used, what can be public, how payments are handled, and where to make a privacy request.
This is the short version of what Aethro collects and why. The Aethro Privacy Policy is the authoritative version.
What Aethro may store
- Your Discord ID, username, display name, avatar, OAuth confirmation, and the email Discord provides.
- Aethro Account records, linked game identities, public-profile choices, and game or launcher activity needed to run connected services.
- Support tickets, transcripts, moderation records, uploaded evidence, technical logs, and security records associated with an IP address.
- Order and transaction records when you use a paid service. Stripe processes card payments; Play Aethro does not receive or store your full card number.
What it is used for
Account sign-in and recovery, running the games and websites, delivering purchases, handling support, preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing rules, sending important service notices, and meeting legal obligations.
Public information
Your community profile and Reforged Armory can expose information you choose to make public. Use the privacy controls in your Aethro Account to review Armory visibility and optional achievement display.
Access, correction, or deletion requests
Email privacy@aethro.net. Some information may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, disputes, or moderation history.
