Common Resolve setup problems
Quick checks for missing servers, failed ticket creation, access problems, and purchases.
Server missing from the dashboard:
Confirm that you are signed into the correct Discord account and that the account has Manage Server permission.
Ticket channel was not created:
Check that Resolve is still installed, its role is high enough, and it can manage channels in the selected ticket category.
Staff cannot see a ticket:
Review Staff & Access, the department assignment, Discord role routing, and channel permission overrides.
Knowledge Base option is missing:
The selected account must have at least Viewer access to that server profile. Editing requires Ticket Agent or higher.
Plan did not update:
Confirm the purchase was for the selected Discord server. Refresh after a short wait. If it remains wrong, contact Resolve billing support with the server ID and purchase source.
