Premium includes 100 articles, 20 categories, public and internal mode together, custom images, and custom metadata.
Pro includes 500 articles and 50 categories with the same complete Knowledge Base tools at a larger scale, alongside Pro automation and analytics.
Lifetime uses Pro Knowledge Base limits and includes all presentation tools.
Resolve never deletes content automatically after a downgrade. Existing content remains readable and editable, while new creation waits until usage is under the current limit.
