How the ticket workflow works
Follow a ticket from member intake through closure and transcript.
A member opens a ticket from a Resolve panel and completes the configured intake form. Resolve creates a private Discord channel and routes it to the correct department.
Staff can claim the ticket, reply to the member, assign it, change its state, or escalate it when another team is needed. Waiting states make it clear whether the next response belongs to the member or staff.
When the issue is complete, close the ticket. Resolve records the transcript and can ask the member for a support rating. Closed tickets remain searchable in the dashboard according to your configured retention and access rules.
