Try this

  1. Confirm the installer matches Windows 64-bit, Intel macOS, Debian/Ubuntu, or Fedora/RPM as currently offered.
  2. Download it again only from the official launcher page and finish the operating-system install prompt.
  3. Restart the launcher once and record any exact error.
  4. Do not disable security software broadly; send the platform, package name, and safe screenshot to Resolve.
