Choose public, internal, or combined KB mode
Control whether members, staff, or both audiences can use the Knowledge Base.
Public mode creates a member-facing help center for published public articles. Internal mode creates a private staff handbook. Premium, Pro, and Lifetime can run both audiences together.
Free can use Public or Internal one at a time. If a combined Knowledge Base is downgraded, Resolve keeps every article and defaults the effective mode to Public. Internal content stays saved and is not exposed publicly.
Changing the mode never deletes articles. Article visibility and publishing status still determine who can read each item.
