Create and publish Knowledge Base articles
Write public answers or internal staff guidance in Resolve.
Open Knowledge Base, choose Articles, and create a draft. Give the article a clear title, short summary, category, reader access, and useful body content.
Public articles can appear in your help center when the Knowledge Base mode includes Public and the article is Published. Internal articles are visible only to authorized staff when Internal mode is active.
Draft, published, and archived articles all count toward your plan limit. Editing remains available when you reach the limit; delete an article to free a slot. Archiving does not free capacity.
