Locate the generated game username, reset the separate 8–16 character Reforged password, confirm ASCII/letter/number rules, retry, and distinguish website login from realm login.

Try this

  1. Confirm you are using the generated Reforged username, not an email or display name.
  2. Open Account and set the separate 8–16 character Reforged password with a letter and number.
  3. Retype it carefully in the client and try again.
  4. If it still fails, record the exact error and contact Resolve without sending the password.
