Set up your first support department
Create a queue, intake form, routing, and panel for a support team.
A department is a support queue such as General Support, Billing, Appeals, or Technical Help.
Open Departments in the dashboard, create the department, and choose a clear name and description. Add the staff who should work that queue, then configure the intake form members complete when opening a ticket.
Next, open Ticket Panels and add the department to a panel. Publish that panel in the Discord channel where members should request help.
Always open a test ticket. Confirm that the ticket channel is created in the expected category, the correct staff can see it, logs are delivered, and closing the ticket saves its transcript.
