What Resolve does and where to begin.
Resolve is a Discord support platform for communities that need organized tickets, staff access, routing, transcripts, ratings, and a searchable Knowledge Base.
Start here:
1. Add Resolve to your Discord server.
2. Open the Resolve dashboard and select your server.
3. Review Discord settings and choose the support channels Resolve will use.
4. Create departments and give staff the appropriate access.
5. Create a ticket panel and publish it in Discord.
6. Open a test ticket before inviting members to use it.
Your server can begin on Free and upgrade later without losing its saved setup or content.
